Wissahickon Relays is relays only! (However, we will run 110/100 hurdles AS WELL AS shuttle relay)
RUNNING EVENTS:
Up to 3 Relay teams allowed.
FIELD EVENTS:
2 Relay teams allowed. INDIVIDUALS MAY ENTER AS SINGLES!
"Relays" are teams of 2 athletes, marks added together. Only teams will medal.
INDEX CARDS FOR TRACK EVENTS - SEEDED AT THE MEET (Estimated times, names not needed, note team A, B, C).
Medals to top 3 teams.

Shuttle Hurdle Relay (If you have four, run the relay. Or run both events!)

Throwers 4x100 (Contested after throws are complete) This is exhibition for fun and excitement. No awards given!
4x400 (scratch or waterfall start, all teams together just like the upcoming Penn Relays!)
FIELD EVENTS ORDER/STARTING HEIGHTS
10:00 Throws - Boys shot AND discus (due to close proximity of circles, we will list names, then split the fields)
Girls Javelin
Followed By - Girls Shot AND Discus, Boys Javelin
10:00 Jumps - Boys long jump and Pole Vault (8'6), Girls Triple jump and High jump (4'0).
Followed By - Girls Long Jump and Pole Vault (7'0), Boys Triple Jump and High Jump (5'0)
WE WILL PROVIDE ONE OFFICIAL PLUS STUDENT HELPERS AT FIELD EVENTS. WE WILL NEED HELP. PLEASE VOLUNTEER. WE WILL BE FLEXIBLE SO YOU CAN COACH AND HELP!
