THROWS: We will have to run 2 throwing events simultaneously. Here's the order my throwing coach Riley suggested =
BOYS = Jav-Disc-Shot
GIRLS = Shot-Jav-Disc
All throws 4 and done, no finals
Long/Triple Jump: we will run open pits (1.5 hrs), combined genders, 4 and done, no finals
9:30 Track
TRACK: Girls then Boys. 6 (top 2 per team) in 1st heat, then we seed/fill all 8 lanes rest of heats. According to PIAA rule anyone can score from any heat!
