Scratches
Field events scratches on site. Just let the official know.
Any track events, try to have that kid find me to scratch as soon as
they know. Or they need to show up during that event check in to let me
know.
Additions
Field Events-can add to list at cite of event.
Track- The only solution is they can run but will not get an official time and
therefore if they beat a place winner from previous heats it will not be
counted.
Here is is the order of Field events to get started, and we will rotate
clockwise with the throws. Pay attention to calls for the jumps as we
go.
