Invitational details:
1. The meet will be hosted at our stadium facility at our High School in Philipsburg. The stadium facility was newly built under 2 years ago. We have an 8 lane track and a newly purchased FAT timing system that will debut this season.
2. Registration will be available on PA MileSplit before the meet. The registration window will close at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 2.
3. Teams can register their top 3 athletes in each boys/girls event. You may also register up to 2 relay teams in each boys/girl relay events.
4. We will host the standard order of events, including pole vault and javelin.
5. There will be ribbons for the top 6 finishers in each boys/girls event.
6. We will not be crowning a team champion for the meet.
7. We are planning on having concessions available for athletes and spectators and may also have t-shirts available for purchase.
There will be a $50.00 per boys team and $50.00 per girls team entry fee. Checks can be made payable to PO Track and Field. They can either be brought the day of the meet or mailed in.
Registration instructions:
DO NOT PROVIDE SEED TIMES/DISTANCES or HEIGHTS!
Instead of seeds or distances give your fastest or best athlete a seed of 1, second fastest will be given a 2, third a 3, and continue until you have entered all the athletes you need in that event.
For all field events, please give the best athlete a seed of 1-0, second seed should be 2-0, and so on.
