Meet Information
Make sure you register your athletes with seed times (you can alter them to make sure that your top 3 are in the fast heat of the sprints). If you have any last minute changes, registration is open until 10am meet day so please make any changes before then so we can pre-seed the meet and it will run fast and smoothly. We will permit changes at the meet but want to keep them to a minimum.
