Norwin's LAST CHANCE CARNIVAL gives athletes a last chance to qualify for WPIAL Finals.Relays WILL BE RUN this year! All events will be open. The meet is not intended for ENTIRE teams to attend and run ALL athletes,but give your athletes a chance to better their time/distance/height for next weeks final. Athletes that enter should be WPIAL Final-caliber athletes. This meet is intended for athletes capable of competing in next weeks championships.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please only enter athletes that are on bubble of making top 24 in the WPIAL in AA or AAA. Any athlete entered not near standard may be REJECTED. Meet is NOT intended for entire teams.
REJECTED ATHLETES WILL BE POSTED by 9:00 am Monday May 10, 2021.
ALL Normal Track & Field events will be run--RELAYS WILL BE RUN this year. There will be no prelims or finals. All events will be FAT.
Date: Tuesday May 11, 2021
Place: Norwin High School Stadium
Facilities: FAT FinishLynx timing on 8-lane track, multiple jumping and throwing pits, all events on site. Possible Indoor PV pit if rain.
Start Time: 3:45 pm (coaches meeting @ 3:15 pm)
Registration Deadline: Sunday May 9, 2021 @ midnight. ACCEPTED ENTRIES posted on Penn Track.
Cost: $10 per individual athlete.
*If team brings 8 girls and 5 boys, cost = $130
OR maximum per school = $150
