IMPORTANT NOTES FOR 2021:
We will follow all
CDC and PA guidelines - important notes below:
Please do Covid-19
screenings prior to arriving at the stadium.Any athlete or coach at a temperature of 99.5 or over should stay home.
Social Distancing should
be maintained at all times
Per PIAA guidelines, all
coaches and athletes must wear a mask.Athletes may remove while competing.
We will have hand sanitizer available
at the finish line, clerking tables as well as all field event sites.We encourage use by your athletes and coaches
No athlete should be on the
infield unless they are actively warming up or competing.
Athletes should leave the
infield immediately after finishing their event.
Please keep the finish line area
clear
Coaches are permitted on the
infield at any time.
Tents may be setup inside & outside
of the stadium fence or in the visitors side bleachers. Teams are
encouraged to spread out.
We will allow spectators inside
the stadium - masks to be worn at all times.
There will be no
concession stand.We encourage all teams
and athletes to pack water and food for the meet.

Registration/Check In begins at : 1:30 PM Coaches' Meeting: 2:00 PM
Field events start: 2:30 PM Running events start: 2:30 PM.
We will use a rolling time schedule - listen to the calls for your events.

Facilities: Butler Area School District (Art Bernardi Stadium); all-weather track, turf infield, 2 jumping runways, 2 pole vault pits, 1 high jump pit, Javelin is grass surface
Entries: Four (4) athletes per event, One (1) relay per event
Timing: Fully Automated Timing System (FAT)
Meet Management: Hy-Tek Meet Manager. Results posted on PennTrack XC
Individual Awards: Top 7 finishers will receive ribbons
Officiating: Each team is asked to provide Coaches to assist in field events.
Entry Fee: $95 per gender team, $190 if both Boys & Girls Teams or $30 per Individual.

Track Events: 3:30 PM Start
One event follows the other with one break
All events Girls then Boys.
1. 100/110 Meter High Hurdle Trials*
2. 100 Meter Dash Trials*
3. 3200 Meter Relay
- 10 minute break prior to Finals (enough time to set up the hurdles)
4. 100/110 Meter High Hurdle Finals*
5. 100 Meter Dash Finals*
6. 1600 Meter Run
7. 400 Meter Relay
8. 400 Meter Dash
9. 300 Intermediate Hurdles
10. 800 Meter Run
11. 200 Meter Dash - Seeded - will be run as a final
12. 3200 Meter Run
13. 1600 Meter Relay
Note: For the 100/110 Meter High Hurdles and 100 Meter Dash - will take 12 to the finals & will have a two heat
seeded final. 200 Meter Dash will be seeded and run as a final.
