WHAT: GIRLS TRACK THROWERS ONLY EVENT (Javelin/Shot/Disc)
WHERE: RIDLEY HIGH SCHOOL (Phil Marion Memorial Field)
WHEN: SATURDAY, APRIL 17TH
TIME: 8:30am arrival / coaches mtg at 8:45 am / throws start at 9:00 am
*Up to 5 throwers per team / per event. (If you need more, contact us.
Additional spots may be available on a first come first served basis)
*Each thrower will receive at least 1 measured throw (out of 3) per
event. (subsequent standards: javelin: 60 ft / disc: 55 ft / shot:21 ft) / top
8 throwers make finals & receive 3 additional throws. Throws carry over.
*Teams will use the press box stands as home base / parents will use &
must stay in the visitors stands to observe the events. (Throwing areas
can be seen from top & sides of stands)
*There will be no snack stand or water provided. Please take all trash.
*Each team is asked to provide 1 worker to help run the throwing events.
*Athletes will use and retrieve their own implements.
*ALL COACHES, ATHLETES, & PARENTS MUST BE MASKED IF INSIDE THE
STADIUM / THROWING AREA.
