Elizabethtown Area All-Comer Meets
Dates: Thursday, June 24 (I) and/or July 1 (II) at 6 pm

Registration Details:
$10 entry fee/date for up to 3 events. Pre-register at www.GetintoGEARS.org. Post-registration will also be accepted
if available.
Other Notes:
If inclement weather conditions develop, the meet will be cancelled by 4 pm and announced on the website
address noted above.
All participants must have a signed waiver. Under age 18 must be signed by parent/guardian in order to
participate.
Track events will be hand-timed.
Results will be posted at the press box and website.
This is a non-sanctioned, non-qualifying meet.

any losses, damages or injuries that may occur as a result of my participation in these activities regardless of cause. I further
agree that there is risk associated in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic and possible exposure as a participant.
I understand that by participating in a GEARS activity, I consent to photo and/or video images taken by GEARS staff during this
activity to be used in any GEARS publications, reports and websites.
Acknowledgement of Understanding: I have read the above and understand the terms and conditions set forth in the liability
waiver and release.
