27th Annual Union City Junior High Track & Field Invitational
Move to Monday May 2, 2022
Deadline for rosters and performances is April 27th (Registration opens Feb 24th)
Start Time: 3:00 p.m.

Come participate in one of the most competitive Junior High Invitationals in the area!!!
Open to 7th & 8th Grade Students Only!
Top 6 finishers in each event will receive awards
Top 2 boys and girls teams will receive awards
Each Participant is allowed to enter only 4 events
Only 2 athletes per school in each event!
Meet follows standard meet schedule. Heats will be seeded slowest to fastest. Heats only of the sprints/hurdles. No Finals. Medals awarded to the top six fastest times/longest/highest distances in each event.
We will be using pa.milesplit.com for registration this year.

Entry Fee:$20.00
per athlete to a maximum of $200.00 per school.

Special High Jump Information
(Based on entry numbers from 2019) We will jump by schools, have them jump to the 9th place finish from last year (boys 4'6", girls 4'0"), and then have a 5-alive format finals for all those who make the pre-determined final height. If we do not have 6 athletes who clear the pre-determined height we will take the best jumps until we have 6 finalists.
Starting High Jump Heights: Boys 4'0" Girls 3'6"
Throwing Implements
Boys Shot Put -8 lbs
Girls Shot Put - 6 lbs
Boys & Girls Discus - 1 Kg
