There will be cones down that mark the course completely on the day of the meet, It will be color coded based on the 5k MAP below. 

T-shirts will be sold at the event. We have a limited amount of shirts and it is recommended you purchase them early. 

Dear Coaches,

The Msgr. Bonner & Arch. Prendergast High School Cross-Country team would like to invite you to our second annual Atkinson XC Invitational to be run on Saturday, September 10, 2022. The High School Invitational will feature five races: a boys and girls varsity race (limit 7 runners per team), a boys and girls JV race (unlimited and scored), and a combined gender Novice race (unlimited, but not scored). A team must enter 5 runners in the varsity race before any entrants will be accepted into the JV race. If you have freshman and sophomores running their first race, the novice race is recommended.

Coaches must submit the roster by the following deadline Thursday, September 8th @ 5:00 PM at PennTrackXC at pa.milesplit.us/. Go to Meet Calendar and click on the event and add athletes.

The course will be run on the Rose Tree Park Cross Country course and is approx. 5,000 meters in length and almost all grass. The first and last mile are close to the same, meaning that it is very spectator friendly!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: SPLITS WILL BE TRACKED ON THE COURSE BY THE TIMER. THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO KNOW WHERE YOUR TEAM IS DURING THE RACE, AS WELL AS SPLIT TIMES AT CERTAIN POINTS. THOSE POINTS ARE STILL TBD.
