*Students, spectators and coaches will not be permitted to park on the Pine-Richland campus until after 3:15.
*Very important - School is in session during the invitational. To make sure there is little disturbance to our school day and no interference with our school dismissal, the parking and drop off procedures below must be followed:
*We are utilizing Pine Community Park for parking before 3:15 pm. It is less than 2 miles from Pine-Richland Stadium.
*Buses/vans are permitted to drop off students when they arrive in the morning. Buses then must park at Pine Community Park. A map will be provided. After 3:15, buses/vans are permitted to park on the Pine-Richland campus. Buses at Pine Community Park should move to the Pine-Richland campus after 3:15 pm.
*Coaches who don't ride the team bus must park at Pine Community Park and take shuttle buses to the Pine-Richland Stadium.
*Spectators who come before 3:15 must park at Pine Township Community Park and take a shuttle bus to the Pine-Richland Stadium. PLEASE push this information out to your families so they're aware.
*After 3:15 pm, coaches and spectators are permitted to park on campus. There will be police officers from the Northern Regional Police Department at each school entrance making sure no one parks on campus before 3:15 pm.
*Buses/vans must drop off students before 1:15 or after 3:15. Between 1:15 and 3:15, no buses or cars are permitted to drive onto our campus to drop off students. Any athletes arriving between 1:15 and 3:15 must be dropped off at Pine Township Community Park and take a shuttle bus.
*There will be parking available at the stadium on campus after 3:15 pm.
*Shuttle buses will run from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. Any coach or spectator who parks at Pine Park should plan to pick up their car by 4:30 pm and move it to the stadium.
*Failure to follow these rules will result in teams not being invited to return to our invitational in future years and also risk the invitational being cancelled in future years.

*2 athletes per event, 3 athletes permitted if all 3 meet elite standards in each event
Elite Standards for 3rd Entry - all 3 athletes need to have achieved these performance in 2022 outdoor, 2022 indoor or 2021
