2022 Big South Track and Field Invitational (Only open to the Big South Conference members)
Meet Date Wednesday April 27, 2022 at West Mifflin Area Stadium
Coaches Meeting 1:30 noon
Running and Field Events 2:00 p.m.
Entries: Three (3) athletes per event (Please enter using penntrackxc website the names of your athletes and events by noon on Tuesday, April 26, 2022
Timing: Fully Automated Timing System ( FAT )
Awards: The top 8 finisher will receive awards with a Track MVP, Field MVP and Team Champion award for Men and Woman.
Officiating: Each team is required to provide Coaches in the field events. (coaching assistance is not needed at the finish line.)
Track Order of Events : Regular Order of Events with no Prelims.
Athletes will be seeded on times submitted.
1/4 PYRAMID MAX SIZE OF SPIKES ALLOWED ON ALL TRACK SURFACES INCLUDING THE JAVELIN RUNWAY
Field Events: 4 Throws or Jumps with no Finals. ( flights may be determined at the site )
1. Boys Shot Put , Girls Javelin 1st
2. Boys Javelin, Girls Shot Put 2nd
3. Boys and Girls Discus 3rd
4. Girls Long Jump and Boys Triple Jump 1st
5. Girls Triple Jump and Boys Long Jump 2nd
6. Boys High Jump followed by Girls
7. Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys
