CHESTER COUNTY YOUTH TRACK FESTIVAL 2022

RAIN OR SHINE EVENT, in event of thunderstorms we will delay or cancel and refund. 

Ages 8-14 (born in the year 2007-2014)

Registration is $20 per athlete for unlimited entries to events.

There will be a limited number of race day entries.  Race day entries will close at 3:50pm on Saturday.

All proceeds go to Chester County Track Stars a Non-Profit

Meet Schedule is ROLLING

We are flexible with divisions and age groups. Sign your kid up where they feel the most comfortable. The divisions are co-ed and all heats are based on seed times or random.

FAT timing for all track events. No USATF or AAU Certification. 

This is a meet for the kids of the community to try out a great sport and test their skills.

We want everyone to race for a chance to fall in love with T&F and running! 

Concessions, T-Shirts, and more will be at the event! 

Middle School Mile

This is our headliner event with speeds of every kind. Put in an estimated minute mark like 8:00 as seed time. Professional Runner Josh Hoey will be at the event for a meet and greet and will be the rabbit (pacer) for the fastest heat of the MS mile. We are excited to host such an amazing event for the community and the first of its kind. Middle School Mile winners under Female & Male divisions will receive a Trophy. 2nd-8th in gender divisions will receive medals. Ribbons for co-ed top 3 finishers. 

Field Events

Each athlete will have 3 attempts for their event for the best mark. Unlimited retries for fouls. 

8U & 10U will have a board 2 feet from the pit and 6 ft board for the middle school division

Middle Schoolers will use 3kg or 6lb shot

Track Events

Spikes can be worn, not required. No starting blocks. Athletes have unlimited call-backs for false starts. Events will go off with a on your marks-get set-gun. Check-in for events day of will be at 30,15, and 5 minutes before the event starts. 

Hurdles

U8 80m Hurdles 25 4 hurdles (only  3 lanes)

U10 80m Hurdles 28 4 hurdles (only  3 lanes) 

MS 100m Hurdles 30 5 hurdles ( up to 7 lanes)

Awards

Medals will be awarded for 1st place in all events and age groups

2nd and 3rd will receive ribbons (if registrations allows top 8 will ribbon)

An Awards ceremony with a podium will occur for each event during the meet, please check live updates of results and stay for the extent of your competition to pick up rewards.
