The Tri-State Track Coaches Association will hold its 22nd Annual Junior Varsity Cross-Country Meet on Monday, October 16,2023 at White Oak Park. The course will be walked at 2:30 pm. The Mens Junior Varsity Race will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. The Womens Junior Varsity Race will follow.

The Tri-State Track Coaches Association will hold its 22nd Annual Junior Varsity Cross-Country Meet on Monday, October 16,2023 at White Oak Park. The course will be walked at 2:30 pm. The Mens Junior Varsity Race will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. The Womens Junior Varsity Race will follow.
We will assess each team attending the meet a fee of $5.00 per individual competitor or a maximum of $60.00 per team and a maximum of $120.00 for both Mens and Womens Teams. This fee will be used to pay for awards, facilities permit, water for competitors, insurance and for the timing system. The check is to be made out to TSTCA and received prior to the meet.

Each coach is responsible for registering all individuals for his/her team on-line at www.pa.milesplit.com This registration must be completed prior to Friday, October 13th 9:00 P.M. You may run as many individuals as you want in each race.
