T-Shirts- Every runner will receive a race T-Shirt, which is included in the registration fee!
Course- 1.65 mile (2.7Km) course that will include turf, grass/trail, and some pavement- running sneakers or rubber XC flats recommended. Bryn Mawr Racing Company will be handling the timing/scoring.
Race Schedule:
8:00am- packet pick up
8:30- course walk through (we will not walk the entire course- just the areas that may cause confusion)
9:15- Novice Girls Race (unlimited entries)
9:45- Novice Boys Race (unlimited entries)
10:15- Championship Girls Race (limit of 9 runners)
10:40- Championship Boys Race (limit of 9 runners)
11: 15- Awards Ceremony
Awards- top 10 runners in ALL four races, Top Team Award in Championship Girls, and Championship Boys Race
Misc- there will be ample parking, bathrooms, course/traffic officials, and free snacks for all participants- more detailed information will be emailed to all coaches as we get closer to the event.
