5/17/23 UPDATE! - Please ask your bus drivers (if they are staying) to park at the McDonalds parking lot on Sweedsford Road until you call them to get picked up. There is a good chance things will be ending right around our dismissal time and our buses need to be able to enter the grounds.

Meet Information:
1. Open to students in grades 7 and 8 only.
2. Starting time is 1:30 pm* THIS IS A CHANGE
3. Weight classes are 95, 105, 120, Open (3 Pound Allowance)
4. *WEIGH-INS - Scales will be made available for weighted racers to check their weight. We will not officially weigh students in, but athletes who medal should be prepared to be weighed in those events. (95lb, 105lb, 120lb) There will be a 3lb allotment.
5. The 400-meter relay, Sprint relays, and the first lap of the 800m relay will run in lanes. 
6. Medals will be awarded to the three (3) best teams in each event. Ribbons will be awarded to the first three teams in each heat. A plaque will be awarded to the first-place team in each event.
7. All ties will be broken by a coin toss
8. Entrance fee is $125.00 per individual team.
9. No starting blocks will be used.
10. Individual contestants are eligible to compete in only three (3) events.
11. At this time, we can only accept one team per school, per event.
12. Coaches are requested to instruct their contestants to remain back of the ropes, not to cross the infield, and not to roam the grounds and/or trespass on the neighbors' property.
13. No students are permitted in the building unless there is an emergency. 
14. Please supply your own batons.
15. The Sprint 800 will be run 200, 100, 100, and 400.
16. Rules governing relay races as found in the National Alliance Edition of Track and Field Rules will be followed. A meeting of all coaches will be held prior to the first event to review rules, changes, etc.
