Order of Events:

Track events will start at 11:00 AM

Field:

Long Jump: Boys and Girls - open Pit  11:00-1:00 PM (4 jumps - no finals)

Shot Put: Girls followed by Boys -  (4 throws, no finals)

Triple Jump: will follow Long Jump top - Open Pit 1:30 -3:00 PM (4 jumps - no finals)

High Jump: Boys followed by Girls (opening heights B- 4'10", G-4'0")

Deadline for entries will be Wednesday, March 1st at 8:00 PM

Each team will be allowed to enter 1 relay each in the 4x2, 4x4, 4x8

No limit to the number of entrants from each school. Only athletes with marks from the current 2022-2023 Indoor season can be entered. For girls only: Entry into the mile and 3000m will be allowed with a current time from this season or the athlete must have run 25:00 or better for 5000m during the cross country season.  The date and location of these performances must be included in the note section for verification. If the 5000m performances can not be verified, the athlete will be rejected from the event.
