ENTRY FEE: $225 per gender/$450 total OR$25 per individual athlete entered & $50 per relay.

Accepted teams will enter at https://www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/meet/494707/register. Deadline is Thursday 4/20/23 at 10pm.



Individual track events are limited to three entries per school.

Relay events are limited to one entry per school.

Field events are capped at 24 athletes. Each accepted school is guaranteed one entry; remaining slots will be filled by seeding. A rank-order on-call list will be created from entries. If necessary, field event officials will add athletes in seed order to create 24-athlete fields. Athlete must be present at check-in to be added to an event.

Use only 2022 performances for seeding. Email falkb@etown.edu before the entry deadline if extenuating circumstances affect entry/seeding.

No changes on meet day. You may scratch, but not add to any event.

AWARDS:

Championship plaque will be awarded to the winning teams; no AA/AAA class distinction.

Individual event winners will be awarded medals.

PARKING: Information will be provided with final meet info. RESTROOMS/LOCKER ROOMS: PORTABLE TOILETS WILL BE PLACED AT THE FACILITY. ADDITIONAL RESTROOMS LOCATED IN THOMPSON GYM, NEXT TO THE TRACK. LOCKER ROOMS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. NO SPIKES MAY BE WORN IN THE BUILDING.

CONCESSIONS: The pandemic continues to present challenges; if we can staff it, a food truck will be operating in Brinser Field, near the track. If it is not available, the Jays Nest in the Brossman Commons (the building next to Thompson Gym) has a full menu of hot/cold/packaged food items.

NOTES:

1. Blocks will be supplied.

2. All running events are finals based on time; sections will run FAST to SLOW.

3. Top 9 advance to field event finals, seeded worst to best.

4. 1/4 PYRAMID spikes only in order to compete! No needle spikes.

5. We will determine starting heights in the jumps after entries are received.

6. Our triple-jump boards are at 28 and 36. We will apply tape to create 24 board for girls TJ.

7. The infield is off-limits. Teams may set up in the bleachers or on the grass areas around the track.

8. Unsafe behavior in the 2k steeplechase will not be tolerated. Officials will remove the athlete from the race and disqualify them from the meet.
