Mid Valley JH Relays
AT Lakeland
This event is for junior high athletes only. Cost per team (boys/girls)is $150. If registering both a boys and girls team, the total cost is $300. Checks should be made payable to Lakeland Track Boosters.
Lakeland is located at 1355 Lakeland Drive, Scott Township, 18433.
Lakeland has a 6 lane track. Resurfaced before the 2022 track and field season.
Only 1/8 spikes are allowed on the track
Coaches Meeting will be at 9:30 am. Announcements will be made as to where the meeting will take place closer to the event date.
Open pit jumping areas will follow their scheduled time and will close at the designated time.
Athletes will be registered through pamilesplit.com and must be completed by the due date.

100m/110m Hurdles are the only individual event on the track. 3 participants from each team will be combined to score.
Participation- Each school can enter 2 teams per event. Team As score will count towards the teams point total. B teams can medal but will not count towards the team total. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each event. Team scoring will be awarded to the top 8 teams per event: 10-8-6-3-2-1 format. Plaques will be awarded for the first, second and third place teams. Field events will consist of 2 athletes per team and their best performances will be combined. Throwing Events will be seeded according to total distance. Lower seeds will throw first. *There will be a final flight*. Track events will be seeded in lanes and heats; based on times.
