Meet Information

Quaker Valley is excited to host of the 10th annual Southwest Conference Invitational for middle school track and field, we had a great invitational last Spring following two years of cancellation due to pandemic. We know that this invitational is privilege for us to host but one that comes with substantial responsibilities; therefore, we have contracted Wolf Creek Race Management to assist with the running of invitational. We are using Wolf Creek Race Management for timing, seeding, and scoring. Timing will be fully automatic, there will be a finish line clock, meet setup will be on PA Milesplit as well as live results will be posted on PA Milesplit.

This invitational will include all events held in a normal dual middle school track meet. Each team will be permitted to enter one (1) team in each relay event and up to three (3) individuals in all other running and field events.
