Updates to questions I have been receiving:
- Coaches check your entries by clicking the red square in the upper right of the screen. Do not hit the entry tab. This shows all entries in the meet but does not show the athletes that have been scratched. If your athletes have been scratched there will be a red scratch next to there names on your edit page.
- The meet will be run following a normal track schedule (no trial - all races based on seed times you submitted.)
- Field events will be 4 throws with a short line
- Spectators are allowed at the meet and the school is charging an admission to enter
This is a last chance qualifier for the WPIAL Championship Meet. Please only bring athletes that you feel are close to qualifying marks. This meet is open to both AAA & AA schools with all classes competing in combined heats and flights.
Standards set for meet! Any athlete entered not near standard may be REJECTED. Accepted entries will be posted Wednesday May 10th
Facilities: FAT FinishLynx timing on 8-lane track, multiple jumping and throwing pits, all events on site.
Chalk only on all surfaces
All races will be run with fastest heats going last based on seed time.
All Field implements will be weighed and will become common implements for the athletes at the event.
Field events will have 4 jumps or throws with no finals and a short line posted. (anything below short line will not be measured)
1/4 pyramid spikes on all surfaces including javelin runway.
