Formerly Twin Valley Raider Relay. Moving to a 5K in 2009.

WELCOME TO THE Annual Twin Valley Invitational on Saturday, September 12, 2009.
This year we have changed our format and will be going with a standard 5k race. Each school may enter a girls and boys team. A varsity and junior varsity race will be available for both boys and girls. Awards will be provided for the top 20 finishers in the varsity races and top 10 finishers in the junior varsity races. There will also be team awards given to the top two schools. T-shirts and refreshments will be sold. The course is rolling with a combination of grass, dirt, and blacktop. I would recommend short spikes or racing flats.

12:15 P.M. Boys Junior Varsity Race

The entry fee is $100 for schools entering both a boys and girls team. The entry fee is $50 for schools entering only one boys or girls team. Please make checks payable to:
