New Balance Whippets XC Invitational (RESCHEDULED) 2023

The WhippetsXC Invitational is set to deliver an exceptional event that caters to athletes, spectators, and coaches alike. Our top priority is to provide a well-maintained and groomed course that is not only highly competitive and fast but also incredibly spectator friendly. We want to create an electrifying atmosphere where cheers and excitement fuel each runners performance and elevate the overall experience for everyone involved.

Excited to announce that NEW BALANCE will be presenting the 2023 WHIPPETSXC INVITATIONAL!!

• Chip Timing by Chester County Racing Services (RunCCRS.com)
• Live Results: Each Race will be posted online at RunCCRS.com -> Results immediately after each race has finished.
• Customizable T-Shirts from Cre8tee for participants to commemorate their experience
• Coaches Hospitality Area
• Kona Shaved Ice, Concessions and Food Trucks

Downingtown West offers one of the fastest and most spectator friendly courses in eastern Pennsylvania.

  Varsity Races:

• Team Trophy for 1st Place and 2nd Place Teams
• Team Medals for 1st and 2nd Place Teams
• Individual Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Athletes
• Individual Medals for 4th - 20th Place Athletes 

  Junior Varsity Races:

• Team Trophy for 1st Place Team 
• Team Medals for 1st and 2nd Place Teams Top 7 Runners 
• Individual Trophy - 1st Place
• Individual Medals for 2nd - 20th Place Athletes 

  Middle School Races:

• Team Trophy for 1st Place Team (M/F)
• Individual Trophy - 1st Place (M/F)
• Individual Medals for 2nd - 10th Place Athletes (M/F)

Please be aware that this time schedule is subject to change based on entries, weather, etc. 

• 7:00 AM - Campus Opens for Invitational
• 7:45 AM -Coaches Meeting at Finish Line
• 8:30 AM -Mixed Middle School 2 Mile Run
• 9:00 AM - Varsity Girls (10 Runners Per Team) 
• 9:35 AM - Varsity Boys (10 Runners Per Team)
• 10:10 AM - Junior Varsity Boys
• 10:45 AM - Junior Varsity Girls

ENTRY FEES:

• High School - $150 Per Team - (Boys and Girls are separate teams)
• Middle School - $75 Per Team - (Boys and Girls are separate teams)
