DESCRIPTION:


The purpose of the Cougar Run 5K is two-fold. First, lets kick-off the Cross Country season by bringing Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL) and local High School Cross Country teams together to run! The Cougar Run 5K is the perfect race for both novice and experienced Cross Country runners to get a baseline time. Second, the Cougar Run 5K is open to the public and runners of all levels. The Cougar Run 5K is a community event and aims to bring members of the community together through running while supporting the Collegium Charter School HS Cross Country Team.

Registration: 6:30AM
High School 5K Starting Time: 8:00AM
Open 5K Run/Walk: 8:30AM

Overall - Top 1-3 overall in open race and in HS XC race

For individuals
:

$25 entry fee through August 12th (guaranteed t-shirt)

$30 after August 12th **t-shirts as supplies last

$35 on the day of the race **t-shirts as supplies last


For XC teams:


BAL teams registered by a coach - $0


all other XC teams registered by a coach - $5 per student athlete (Please bring check with you the day of the race)

Water and banana available for all participants at the finish line

One water station around the approximate mid-way point

Medals for top 3 finishers, male and female
