Dear Coach,
The Upper Moreland Track and Field Coaching Staff would like to invite you to the 3rd running of the John Heins Invitational. The John Heins Invitational will take place on Thursday April 4th 2024 at Upper Moreland High School (address below) and will begin promptly at 3:00pm. We will run the events in regular SOL dual meet order and a time schedule will be sent out once entries are complete. This season we are limiting entries to 1 relay, 2 field event participants and 2 entries per track event. The entries will occur through milesplit ...
The cost of the meet is $150 per gender/team (We are going to make sure that we are FULLY stocked with officials so that no coaches need to work the meet.)
