Coaches Meeting @ 3:30 p.m. Field Events: 4:00 p.m. Running Events: 4:15 p.m.
Coaches or Athletes must visit the declaration table before final seedings. Please listen for announcements!
TRACK EVENTS WILL START AT APPROXIMATELY 4:15 P.M.
Declaration for remaining events will be done on a rolling schedule: Either the athlete or their coach must confirm participation well in advance of all races. Please listen for announcements.

Break: 15-20 minutes (this will give 4 x800 runners time to recover for the 1600-meters)
