** Girls shot and Javelin will run at the same time so if an athlete is in both just inform the officials so we can make sure they are in different flights. (Same with boys then after the girls compete)

** Each team can have 6 athletes per individual event on the track and 4 in the field (except for the 3200 we will only run 1 heat per gender so the top 20 will qualify).  If you need a 5th in the field please email me the name and event. 

** Each team can run 2 relay teams per relay (1 heat of the 4x800 and waterfall start on slowest 4x400)
