  ENTRY PROCESS:

  Enter the meet on www.milesplit.com. Registration code is required to
  
  enter meet.

  ***It is the responsibility of the coach to ensure that entries are complete and
  
  accurate prior to the deadline*** 

           ENTRY DEADLINE - Sunday, January 12^th at 11:59 PM 

           Entries

  * 3 entries per school per gender per event, EXCEPT - Only 2 entries per gender

     per school will be allowed in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault and 1

     Relay per gender per school. 

     You may request additional entries which may or may not be approved by meet management
     pending the field size and level of competitiveness of your entries.

  FEE STRUCTURE/PAYMENT
  
  INSTRUCTIONS: 

  12-30 entries/gender - $350/gender   Under 12 entries/gender - $25 per entry   ***31 and more entries/gender - Additional $25/entry   This is an entry fee not a participation fee.No refunds for scratches.

  Cash or Checks made payable to Ursinus College Mailing Address:Ursinus College Carl Blickle - Athletics PO Box 1000 Collegeville, PA 19426   Meet Fees must be paid on or prior to the day of the meet.                 ***Late Payment Fee: $75 per gender

  • Admission - $10 per spectator.
  • Only " spikes may be
    
    used on all running, horizontal jumping events and pole vault.
    
    
  •  Top 3
    
    individuals and top 3 relay teams will receive medals.
    
    
  • Food, Drinks, and T-Shirts will be available
    
    for purchase at the concessions stand.

  • Blocks permitted ONLY in seeded
    
    sections (top 12) of 55m High Hurdles and 55m Dash.
  • Shot Put is thrown from a wooden surface. No spikes allowed in high jump.
  • Whenever possible, we will move ahead of schedule. An updated time schedule will be
    
    provided in the final meet information.
  • Final Meet Information will be emailed out to visiting teams
    
    on Tuesday, January 14^th.
