Meet Information
This meet is a meet to help spread awareness of strokes, strokes are common and life threatening, more than 795,000 people suffer from a stroke (CDC), and about 140,000 of stroke patients die (UTMB Heath). With your help we try to spread awareness to the illness and try to raise money for research to help stop strokes around the world.
The meet consists of 8 track events consisting of a 100, 200, 400, 800 for all ages, 1600 only ages 12+, and 5000 only ages 12+. All races will be cross-gender ran. Each runner will be put into heats based off age, and time if it is given. A time line to the meet will be provided after all entries are made, entries will be due 2 days prior to the meet starting. Heat sheets will be posted around the stadium so you know when you should be racing and against who. The meet will start around 10:00 in the morning. Different age group events may be combined if there aren't many runners in an event. Meet will have three 15 minute breaks between 2 different events. Heats will be time based, if given a time you will be entered into faster heats. Please do not make up times, if there's no time, no problem!

ALL SHIRT ENTRIES ARE DUE OCTOBER 20TH (SHIRTS MAY BE REFUNDED IF PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY TRANSPIRES)
