SCHEDULE
1:30 - Earliest Schools may arrive
2:30 - Coaches Meeting at Finish Line Area
3:00 - All Events Begin (Ran on a rolling schedule)
5:00 - Alumni Mile (anyone may participate for $20 entry fee paid the day of the meet). We will pause the meet at this time to give the athletes a break and run 1-2 heats of a mile race for those that sign up from the community, parents, or coaches!

Each Individual event or field event will be combined with the top 3 scorers to give one total score for boys and girls then they will be added up to create a team score. If you do not have 3 people in an open event they can still run and get a time, but they won't be added into the "relay scoring" for that event.
Lancer Relays Track & Field Invitational Information
ENTRY FEE:Our entry fee is $150 per team ($300 for boys and girls). With an additional $50 to reserve a spot in the gymnasium to stay warmer and avoid inclement weather.

ENTRIES:Each athlete may participate in up to four events of their choice and each team may enter a total of 3 athletes in each event.
WORKERS:We are asking that each school provide to workers to help. We will email a list of needed spots before the meet and have those combined before the meet. We are planning to have our own workers, but asking for workers to fill spots as needed.
CONCESSIONS:We will have concessions and a variety food trucks available for food. We will provide light refreshments for the coaches
HOSPITALITY ROOM: We will have a hospitality room for coaches with food and drinks provided!
SPORTS MED:We will have an athletic trainer on staff this day and set up at the infield.
T-SHIRTS:T-shirts will be available for pre-order and a limited amount available the day of the meet.
RAFFLE:We will have a Yeti cooler raffle stuffed with goods!
TIMING:Will be provided by Wolf Creek Timing.
AWARDS:There will be a combined team award given to the highest scoring team and a runner up award to the second place team.
FACILITY INFORMATION:
Spikes must be no longer than 3/16th on the track and jumping surfaces
Tape or chalk may be used for marking relays (please remove tape after each race).
Tents are permitted on grassy areas outside the track and for an extra $50 a team can reserve a spot in the Middle School gymnasium located by the track.
Busses can drop students off at the entry gates and the busses will be directed to parking areas on school grounds. We are working on having these close.
ONLY athletes warming up or preparing for the immediate event should be on the infield. All spectators or athletes not competing should be outside the track fence.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY COACHES AND ATHLETES ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE TRACK FENCE! ABSOLUTELY NO PARENTS.
ONLY WATER IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE TRACK FENCE. THERE IS NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED IN THE TRACK FENCE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN BEING SCRATCHED FROM YOUR EVENT.
SCRATCH PROCEDURES:
On the day of the meet:
Field scratches will take place at the site of each field event
Track scratches will happen at the finish line tent
