Meet Information
Online Registration Instructions
Hempfield will once again host the Lancaster-Lebanon League Junior High Coaches meet. This meet is a championship meet in addition to a participation meet for Lancaster-Lebanon League member schools with junior high track and field teams.
The entry for the meet is $225 per school. Checks are to be payable to the "Lancaster-Lebanon League" and mailed to the Hempfield Athletic Department, 200 Stanley Avenue, Landisville, PA, 17538. An admission fee of $5 for all spectators will be charged. Fully-Automatic Timing (FAT) will be used again this year.
Entries will be entered through the PennTrackXC website at www.pa.milesplit.com Junior high coaches can use the senior high coaches account or create an account. Once the coach is logged in, they should go to the calendar and select the Lancaster-Lebanon League Coaches Junior High TF Meet on May 8. Coaches can submit entries by accessing online entries. This is the same process used for the Bob & Louise Trump JH Invitational and the LL League Championship Meet on May 9-10. The deadline for entries is Monday, May 5, at 6:00 pm. This is a firm deadline with no exceptions. Questions should be directed to Jim Ellingsworth at jellingsworth22@gmail.com
Medals will be given to the top 3 in individual events and relays. Ribbons to places 4, 5 and 6.
A first and second place team trophy is awarded in both boys and girls divisions.
Points are awarded on a 10-8-6-4-2-1 basis.
The meet director is Ted Zellers. Questions concerning the meet should be directed to Ted at tzbear1@verizon.net.
Rules
1. Each school is allowed to have one representative in each event.
2. You will be given cards for relays at the Coaches meeting. These will be handed to the Clerk of Course.
3. One relay entry per school.
4. The High Jump will start at 3' 10" for girls and 4' 6" for boys
If there are no problems with late entries, seeding will be posted sometime after
at www.macfat.net
NO seeding meeting for coaches! Meeting will be held at 2:40 at the track starting line the day of the meet. Coaches will receive a packet with hard copies of the seeds, time schedules and records. All of these will be online prior to the meet.
