2025 LOWER BUCKS COUNTY LEAGUE SOUTH DIVISION

TRACK AND FIELD TOURNAMENT

DATE: Wednesday, May 28, 2025

RAIN DATE: Thursday, May 29th, 2025

LOCATION: Harry S Truman High School
START TIME: 3:00 PM SHARP
COST: $250per team (check only) made payable to Bristol Township School District and received no later than May 14th.
NOTE: Fees to enter the meet are used to pay for

the awards, FAT official, PIAA officials, and other helpers by and on the day

of the meet. It is imperative that payment be received by May 14th

and suggested that Athletic Directors have paperwork submitted to have check

cut by no later than the end of April. One of the major issues over the last

few years has been teams not paying until days or weeks after the meet had

already been run or not at all.

c. Due to the nature of the electric timing any runner that changes lanes and/or heats in an event that assigns

lanes will be disqualified.

event. A trophy will be awarded for the overall winner of the tournament based

a. Information including event closure date to register athletes will be sent to coaches via email when your

registration form and check have been received and the timer has created the

event in pa.milesplit.com.

b. Please register your athletes within the proper weight classifications to keep things fair. If a coach or official

thinks a person is way outside the boundary for weight a scale will be on sight

to resolve the issue.

 c. Each athlete may participate in a maximum of 4 events but no more than 3 track

events. They may only participate in one 4X100 relay.

d. Changes may be made the day of the meet. The athlete needs to know who they are replacing when they are checking
