the awards, FAT official, PIAA officials, and other helpers by and on the day
of the meet. It is imperative that payment be received by May 14th
and suggested that Athletic Directors have paperwork submitted to have check
cut by no later than the end of April. One of the major issues over the last
few years has been teams not paying until days or weeks after the meet had
already been run or not at all.
