Ryan Whiting of Central Dauphin is throwing better each week. They\'re back! Craig and Brad Miller, the talented sophomore twins from Manheim Township, helped get their 4x800 into the state meet in AAA, but also showed they\'re once again contender in the open events. Knowledge Timmons, William Penn (York), took the 100 and 200. St. Joe\'s recruit Adriene Beltz, Hamburg, posted a 1600-3200 double. Ashley Hodge, a Carlisle senior, went triple. More...
