9:50-3000m(4)-Boys-No time slower than 10:15.  Girls-No time slower than 12:30.

10:15-4 x 200 

 10:30-4 x 400-1 heat each gender

10:45-4 x 800-1 heat each gender unless we're in a time crunch.
