Dock Distance Night 2026 - come run under the lights on our sparkling 1-year old track

Final Entries will be updated at noon on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

MIDDLE SCHOOL EVENTS: 1600 & 3200 added!! All races FAT timed. Middle School races are only for 7th/8th graders due to PIAA rules. Inter-Ac 6th graders can also participate in the Middle School events.

There is an elementary 800 and 1,600 available to 6th grade and younger.

Max of 5 entries per gender in any event.

FAT Timing. Awards for open events from North Wales Running Company.

$20 per individual athlete; $25 per relay, or $120 per team per gender. $10 entry per Middle School & younger event. Make checks to Dock Mennonite Academy.

Open athletes (non-high school Mile and 5,000m) email justinfeil4@gmail.com for entry fee and details.  Open event entries will be capped. Middle School and Elementary should enter online.

6:00 - Athlete arrival and Gates open to track and turf. (athletes may warm up outside fence before 5:30).

Races will be run SLOW TO FAST HEATS, GIRLS HEATS FIRST, THEN BOYS when not co-ed.

8:10 Open 3,200 Meters (no PIAA athletes)

8:25 800 Meters High School

8:40 3,200 Meters High School 

9:00 Distance Medley Relay High School

9:15 Open 5,000 Meters (no PIAA athletes)
