2026 Helman/Hosier Invitational presented by Tropical Smoothie Souderton

The Helman/Hosier Invitational is an electric meet full of tradition, competition, and fun! Join us on April 30th, 2026 on Pennridge's new track to have an incredible night under the lights!

General Information:

ATHLETES ALLOWED 3 ENTRIES EACH and EACH SCHOOL MAY ENTER ONE EXTRA RELAY.

To ensure the meet runs smoothly, each team must provide one coach to work the meet (if a school brings both Boys and Girls teams, 2 coaches must work). Email thopkins@pennridge.org with which coach will work and their top 2 preferred events.

Job Assignments

We have a trainer on site. There are Team Room bathrooms and Public Bathrooms.

4:00 Field Events:

Pole Vault (G) (B)

High Jump (B) (G)

Throws: The Boys Shot Put, Boys Javelin and the Girls Discus will all start at 4:00. GIRLS AND BOYS WILL SWITCH WHEN FINISHED SHOT AND DISCUS. WHEN THE BOYS JAVELIN ENDS, THE GIRLS JAVELIN WILL BEGIN.

Long Jump 2 pits (B+G)

Triple Jump 2 pits (B+G) after LJ

The throws and long/triple jumps will be in flights with 3 throws/jumps in the trials and the top 6 with 3 more throws/jumps in the finals. The flights will throw/jump from worst to best.

Starting heights for the Girls HJ is 4-2 and the Boys at 5-2. The PV for the Girls starts at 6-6 and boys at 9-6.

$175.00/gender or $350.00 for both boys and girls.
