RESULTS: It is recommended that smart phone photos of field event sheets be taken. Electronic results will be sent to PennTrackXC.com later in the evening after verification of results. CLERKING: All athletes are pre-entered. For field events, all athletes check in at the field event; for running events, near the common finish line, except for the 100 and High Hurdles (gate at start), 200 (on backstretch of track), 300IH (back gate near PV pits). Horizontal jumpers who also pole vault or high jump may need to jog on the edge of the infield back and forth to avoid the vertical jump bars raising without an opportunity to take an attempt. For running events, only distance events (1600,800,3200) need hip numbers. For laned events, athletes/teams must run in their assigned lanes to be recorded correctly, as listed online following closing of entries (https://results.run.tf/meets/62866).
BATHROOMS: Porta-Pots are available in the fieldhouse parking lot.
PARKING: Vehicles arriving before 2:50pm should enter through the South Entrance and park in the maintenance garage area. After 2:50pm, vehicles may use the main fieldhouse lot.
SPIKES: Pyramid spikes only of no greater than 0.25" ; random spike checks legal! PENALTY: Disqualification from the entire meet!NOTE: The javelin runway is now track surface, requiring pyramid spikes.
STARTING HEIGHTS: (Boys and girls are run concurrently with boys entering sometime after the boys opening height)
POLE VAULT Girls 60 - Boys 70 Increments of 6 minimum
HIGH JUMP Girls 40 - Boys 410 Increments of 2 minimum
JUMPING EVENTS: 3:45pm Boys and Girls Pole Vault (combined: girls entering 6 or above; boys entering not less than 7), Boys and Girls Long Jump followed by Boys and Girls Triple Jump (4 attempts, liberal allowance of jumping out of order); After Pole Vault and Triple Jump: Boys and Girls High Jump (combined: girls entering 4 or above; boys entering not less than 410)
THROWS (located southeast of main track entrance): 3:45pm Boys Discus/Girls Shot Put followed by Boys Shot Put/Girls Discus followed by Boys and/or Girls Javelin (immediately follows completion of Girls Discus) run concurrently or separately
GPS LOCATION: Holy Ghost Preparatory School, 2439 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020. Entrance to the fieldhouse parking lot / track is at the traffic light (1st if coming from the north, 2nd if coming from the south).
