Warrior Run Track & Field
- We have had issues with food and gum being left/spit out onto the turf field. We ask that no food or gum be brought onto the infield.
No Throwing implements are to be brought inside the track to the turf. Keep them outside the black fence to the track.
Tents are permitted on grass surfaces only for teams
Both end zones are designated coaches boxes and are for coaches and athletes competing in the pole vault and jumps - All other competitors should stay on the green area of the field to warm up for their events.
Spikes should not exceed 1/4"
Do not use chalk on the track surface to make marks
Throwing Order (Minimum marks may be used depending on the number of throwers)
Girls - Jav, Disc, Shot
Boys - Shot, Jav, Disc
Pole Vault - Girls followed by boys
Opening Heights 6-0 and 8-0
High Jump - Girls followed by boys
Opening Heights 3-10 and 4-10
