7TH ANNUAL BRADFORD BOYS & GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL MEET
Date: Saturday, September 25, 2010
Location: George G. Blaisdell Elementary School
Bradford, PA
(Teams from the immediate area should dress before arrival)
Varsity Course: 5K Grass Course
Schedule: 8:15 - Explanation & Course Tour
9:00 - Coaches Meeting
9:30 - 7th & 8th Boys & Girls Race
10:00 - Girls Varsity Race
10:30 - Boys Varsity Race
11:00 - Boys & Girls J.V. Race
11:30 - Awards Ceremony
Entries: Varsity race is limited to seven (7)
runners per team
J.V. and Junior High are unlimited
All entries must be done on the Milesplit Website that was used for the District Track & Field Championships. The same computerized timing will be utilized this year that has used for District 9 X-C Championships.
Awards:
Varsity - 1st and 2nd place team trophies. Individual place winners 1 through 20 will receive a medal.
Junior Varsity - 1st place team trophy.
Top ten (10) individuals will receive a medal.
Junior High - 1st place team trophy.
Top ten (10) individuals will receive a medal.
Scoring: First 5 (5) runners score; the sixth and seventh runners displace.
Fees: Boys or Girls Varsity $50.00/team
Boys or Girls JV $25.00/team
Boys or Girls 7th & 8th $25.00/team
Individual runners $10.00
Special: Maximum fee $150.00 /school for all races

We will use the same procedure as we used this past year for the district Track & Field Championship. Just go to www.MileSplit.us website and enter or update your rosters. Then click on the 7th Annual Bradford XC Invitational and enter your runners.
I hope these changes don't cause you any problems. We are trying to make our invitational meet better than it was before and bring down our costs. Please call us if you have any problems.

On-Line XC REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
The registration process will be completely on-line through PennTrackXC which is now a milesplit.us website.
Once you have entered the Website, click on the Pennsylvania portal at the top.
Locate the Online Meet Registration Section in the lower right hand corner. Then click on the 7th Annual Bradford XC Invitational. Then click on the green button labeled "Enter Online Now".
Once you have entered your roster, you won't have to enter the names again for other events. You can make changes to your master roster at any time (add, delete, or edit).
IMPORTANT: You may enter all athletes, junior high and high school, on the same roster. In other words, put your 7th and 8th Graders on your varsity roster. HOWEVER, YOU MUST PUT THE GRADE IN SCHOOL FOR ALL ATHLETES. You may also request MileSplit to create a school for your junior high/middle school and then enter those athletes under that school name. Either way will work.
