Warrior Run Track & Field
This meet will start at 4:30.
No Throwing implements are to be brought inside the track to the turf. Keep them outside the black fence to the track.
Team tents are permitted on grass surfaces only
Both end zones are designated coaches boxes and are for coaches and athletes competing in the pole vault and jumps - All other competitors should stay on the green area of the field to warm up for their events.
Spikes should not exceed 1/4"
Do not use chalk on the track surface to make marks
Throwing Order (Order may change due to number of entries and minimum marks may be used)
Girls - Jav, Disc, Shot
Boys - Shot, Jav, Disc
Pole Vault - Girls followed by boys
Opening Heights 6-0 and 8-0
High Jump - Girls followed by boys
Opening Heights 3-10 and 4-10
