Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
We're excited to announce an excellent opportunity for throwers on October 24th! If you have athletes looking to assess their off-season training or seniors eager to improve their personal bests, consider joining our throwers meet, aptly named Octhrowber. This event is exclusively for high school participants and is USATF certified, making it a great option for recruiting purposes. Each competitor will have three throws in the preliminaries, with the top nine advancing to the finals for three additional throws. Please remember to bring your own implements, as we will have shot put, javelin, and discus available.
To register, please visit PA Milesplit. Make checks payable to East Stroudsburg South Track and Field, and ensure you bring cash or check for payment on the day of the event. We will have a registration desk set up for convenience.
For individual participants:
- $40 for one event
- $70 for two events
- $90 for all three events
All proceeds will benefit the East Stroudsburg South Track and Field Program.
Each thrower will receive three throws, and there will be a final round.
Registration begins at 10 AM, with the following schedule:
- Boys Shot Put: 10:30 AM
- Girls Javelin: 10:30 AM
- Girls Discus: 11:30 AM
- Boys Javelin: 12:00 PM
- Girls Shot Put: 12:30 PM
- Boys Discus: 1:00 PM
