The Rob Thomas Memorial Neshaminy Invitational
Dear Coach,
The coaching staff of Neshaminy High Schools would like to extend to you and your team our invitation to attend the Neshaminy Invitational. The meet will be held on Saturday May 7th 2011 at the Harry Franks Stadium on the campus of Neshaminy High School. This is a boy's only meet.
We will be allowing each school to enter two athletes per event, and two relays per relay event. spikes will be allowed on all of our surfaces with the exception of the throwing circles. Javelin cleats of or less will be acceptable. Starting blocks will be provided at the start of all sprint and sprint relay events. In all of the throws and horizontal jumps a minimum mark will be used after the first round. Premium Medals will be furnished for first through third places in each event.
The Meet will begin at 1:00pm with a coaches meeting, events will start at 1:30pm. COACHES WILL HAVE TO ENTER ALL ATHLETES ON-LINE AT pa.milesplit.us Entry will be similar to that done for the district one meet. Log on to pa.milesplit.us and click on the Neshaminy Invitational link found in the 2010 outdoor schedule pulldown. The entry deadline is Wednesday May 4th at 11:59pm.
We will need a coach from each team to help officiate an event. We will be using a FinishLynx automatic timing system so we will not need timers for the meet. Please include the name of the coach who will be officiating, and their preferred job.
Enclosed you will find a time schedule, and a meet registration form. The cost for this years meet will be $125.00 per team. Checks are to be made payable to Neshaminy Track and Field.
