Several Virginia schools invaded Pennsylvania this past weekend and came home with some serious hardware on the hilly 8050 course. Leading the way was Christopher Newport University who placed their top 4 in the top 15 places to win the race in a score of 58 points. Leading the way for CNU was Cary Chaffee who posted a time of 26:43 to take runner-up honors in the field of 208 runners.

The Antonopoulos twins from York Suburban appear to have a strong team around them this year. Christina and Yianna went 1st and 3rd, with teammate and sophomore Emily Perina in 2nd. And District 1's Upper Darby boys came away with the team win, placing two in the top nine and all five scorers in the top 16.
