Brianna Schwartz came in as one of the fastest milers in the country, but left the PTFCA Indoor Championships as the toughest miler in the country. Running away from the field, Brianna pushed herself so hard during the final 100 meters that she collapsed 5 meters before the finish line. With the state record on the line, Schwartz dug deep to throw herself over the line in time to set the PA all-time best, 4:42.58.
