What was your most memorable race/competition?
My most memorable race would be when I first broke sub 2 in my open 800 at the philadelphia public league championships because I was just coming off an strained calf and was nervous about the race. So when the gun popped I got knocked off the track and once I worked my way back to the track I just let go of all the anger and put everything I had into the race.
Where did you face your biggest competition?
I faced my biggest competition at practice with my teammates because we strive so hard to be better then the next person that every practice we're racing each other and pushing each other to get better.
Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
My high school accomplishment that stands out the most off the track was my senior prom and on the track when my 4x2 won states.
If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
If I could do it all over again the only thing I would change is that I started running track my freshman year instead of my sophomore.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
The most difficult obstacles I had to overcome was my mindset because track is 80% mental.
What will you miss the most?
I will miss clowning around with my team and coach we were like a family even though we had our arguments and ups and downs couldn't nothing get in between us.
Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
My advise would be the grind never stops.
How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals overall?
My coach influenced my performances and life goals overall because she was another mother figure to me so she naturally cared for each and everyone of us like she was our mothers so everytime we stepped on the track we always made sure we would pray and remember we was doing this for coach lynette Matthews aka coach Nettie
What are your college plans?
Go to East Stroudsburg University after serving in the national guard for seven months
