Saturday 1/9: TFCAofGP Indoor Meet #4 (Haverford College - Lutnick Center, Haverford, Pa.)

Haverford's Lutnick Center will conclude a busy week on Saturday with the fourth version of the TFCAofGP weekly meets.

Division I: In the DMR, LaSalle may try to go after a quick time. They proved their depth on Wednesday at the Briarwood Running Camp Holiday Invite with some quick miles.

Speaking of LaSalle, Charles Headen, fresh off a great debut at Haverford on Wednesday, will get in the blocks for the 55m dash. he'll look to build on his PA#6 in the event.

Neshaminy's Sean Conway, who ran a nice 800 meters last weekend where he ran a 1:58, will jump in a mile, giving us a chance to see just how deep his range is.

The 3000 meters may be the event to watch, though. Neshaminy's Rusty Kujdych, Methacton's Jeff Kirshenbaum, LaSalle's Eddie Goebel, and Downingtown West's Ben Ryherd will lead a field that will certainly have a crack at breaking the 9-minute barrier.

Division II: The relays should be exciting with Cardinal O'Hara possibly putting together a hot DMR and Germantown Friends with their eyes on the 4x800.

Colin Wills of Malvern Prep will run the 800 with Neumann Goretti Kamil Jihad joining him for what should be an exciting race with a couple other names getting in on the action, like Bonner-Prendie's Sean Sullivan, Springfield (Montco)'s Aaron Morris, Springfield (Delco)'s Liam Galligan and Upper Merion's Noah Falasco.

In the high jump, Sun Valley's Derrick Stepenson will hope to conclude a big week that saw him PR at the Chester County Indoor Champs to take the win with a clearance of 6-3.
