Saturday 1/9: 45th Edwin Lavino Relays (The Lawrenceville School - Lavino Fieldhouse, Lawrenceville, Pa.)

Boys: In the relays, it all depends on what teams decide to put together. Luckily, when it comes to a race like the Lavino Relays we know that most teams making the trip to New Jersey will try to walk away with a fast time or two, which means loading up some relay teams.

Central Bucks West looks like they'll be chasing fast times in the 4x800 and/or DMR. They have the guns and the banks of Lawrenceville should provide them with the opportunity for a fast time.

Council Rock North will also look to put together some good relays. Central Bucks East, depending on who they decide to run, could also be strong on Saturday.

In the jumps, both Bensalem's Caleb Appiah-Owusu and Central Bucks East's Alex Parasky will square off with some good NJ talent featured.

Girls: Archbishop Ryan, Council Rock South and Pennsbury will bring some relays to Lawerenceville in a mostly NJ-heavy relay field.

PA#4 Dominique Franco of Council Rock South will look the join the three girls above her on the rankings at 12-3 in the state in the pole vault. Her teammate Savannah Wood will also compete for the Golden Hawks.

In the high jump, The George School's Rowan Palmour is the top PA entrant with a PR of 5-4. Ryan's Alison Jones will lead the field of PA competitors in the long jump. CR South's Emily Yemm and The Hill School's Rachel Schaaf will compete in the triple jump.
