Division I: There should be some good relays at Haverford this weekend. Upper Dublin lead the 4x200 and 4x400. Abington looks like they may go after either a 4x800 or DMR, while Neshaminy may try to give chase to them in the DMR.

The 200 meters will be a good race, pitting Upper Darby's Mason Weh up against Penn Wood's Ndiaga Seck. Abington's Jake Good leads the field of the 400, which should be exciting. In the 800 meters, CB West's Rock Fortna and Abington's Keion Broadus. Souderton's Connor McMenamin and LaSalle's Eddie Goebel will square off in the mile, where we should expect a fast time. Brian Iatarola of CB West will look to improve off a solid 3K at Burdette, running that event again.

Division II: West Chester Rustin's Jack Carmody ran will the mile, where he will hope to build off a good race at Chescos.
