Girls' 4x800 meter relay

The best part of the 4x800 is that it starts off the meet and we know we'll get a race with totally fresh legs. Penn Wood and North Penn are the two top seeds and they should start off the meet in a big way.

Pennsbury didn't include Olivia Sargent on their list of entries in the 4x800. Even without her, they could still be a factor in the race, and certainly for at least a podium spot. Perkiomen Valley ran a killer 4x800, taking second to North Penn at the DVGTCA Meet of Champions. The Vikings are not a team to sleep on either.
Pennridge and Cardinal O'Hara should be in the mix. It doesn't appear Olivia Arizin will race for O'Hara, though. Great Valley has a solid team that definitely has the potential to move up in a fast race.
